Shipping Policy

First Class mail can take up to 1 to 2 weeks to get delivered. If the package doesn't get delivered within 20 business days then it will be considered lost. We will replace or refund lost packages/orders only if insurance was purchased. If delivery confirmation shows that a package was delivered then it will be the responsibility of the costumer to check with their Postal carrier on the status of their package. So please make sure that shipping addresses provided are correct so lost package problems can be avoided.

USPS Priority Mail

Priority mail is usually delivered within 3 to 4 business days. If the package does not get delivered within 10 business days, then it will be presumed lost. We will resend or refund the order only if insurance was purchased for the order.

USPS Express Mail

Express Mail packages are delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Again, any lost package will be replaced or refunded if insurance was purchased.


International Shipping Policy

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International. Our prices do not include taxes, tariffs or additional fees assessed by your customs broker. Transit time varies by location but generally ranges from 6 to 10 days. Any changes in prices will be updated without prior notice.

USPS International Shipping Methods

  • USPS Priority Mail International - Delivers in 6 to 10 business days.
  • USPS Express Mail International - Delivers in 4 to 7 business days.

This shipping method will only cover our cost to mail the package. Any incurred charges a customer might be expected to pay at the time of delivery is their responsibility. Some of these charges may include duties and taxes charged by your local government for importing a product. We will not pay for, or refund, any of these costs.
