Memory that has been ordered using our Memory Upgrade Advisor is guaranteed to function as intended. All DDR, DDR2, DDR3 and DDR4 SDRAM Memory come with a lifetime warranty.
Terms & Conditions and Order Delivery Delay or Cancellation
It is solely our right to cancel or withold any order that we believe will cause a problem of any manner to either us, or our costumers. The parties involved will be notified through email of the order cancellation or any justifiable delay, that is, if any contact information is provided to us. If incorrect or no such contact information has been provided, and we are unable to get in touch with the costumer, then it is the responsibility of the costumers to contact us for further information.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Any order of which the payment is not cleared within 5 business days, we will contact the costumer regarding any such incident, and we will wait for their response. If no response is recieved within 3 business days, the order will be cancelled.
- If the delivery address is inadequate or incorrect, we will contact the costumer and expect a response within a reasonable period of time. If no response is recieved, we will cancel the order.
- If the information provided by the costumer, of the costumer, or the payer of the order is incomplete or questionable, we will withold or cancel the order until and unless complete, accurate and required details have been provided.
- Delivery date requested by the costumer is unreasonable or impractical, the order will be witheld until revisions are made by costumer, or it will be cancelled if the costumer has failed to respond within 3 business days to our query.
- Urgent delivery requested whereas the delivery address details provided are incorrect, in this case we will contact the costumer instantly and it will be the responsibility of the costumer to provide us with the needed information without any delay.
We reserve the right to take justifiable actions according to the situation.
