Terms & Conditions for Sales of Products and Parts

Computer Parts Upgrade,on its own sole discretion may cancel, withhold or reject an order if we believe that the completion of order is not feasible due to lack of proper information or if the completion of the order will trigger mental, physical, legal, financial or any other sort of problems to one or all of the parties involved.

The parties involed will be notified about the status of the order including but not limited to cancellation, rejection or any justifiable delay, through email mode of communication, It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with a viable email id and contact information. Even after our notification, if there is no response from the customer, we presume our messages are ignored.

Computer Parts Upgrade reserves the right to change all the prices without prior notice.

For any order for which the payment is not cleared with in 5 business days, we will try to contact the concerned customer and a grace period of 3 business days will be granted. If we receive no response within the grace period, the order stands cancelled.

  1. We will make every effort to deliver your order to the address provided but if the provided address proves to be incorrect or non existent, in our or our delivery agent's opinion, we reserves the right to cancel the order.
  2. If any of the information provided by the customer is incomplete or questionable, we will withhold the order until and unless complete, accurate and required details are provided by the customer and if the required details are not provided even after a reasonable time, Computer Parts Upgrade reserves the right to cancel the order.
  3. If the delivery date requested by the costumer is unreasonable, the order will be withheld until revisions are made by the customer, and the order will be cancelled if the costumer has failed to respond to our query within 3 business days.
  4. For urgent delivery requests, where the delivery address details provided are incorrect we will try to contact the costumer instantly and it is the responsibility of the costumer to provide us with the needed information without any delay.

We reserve the right to take justifiable actions according to the situation and circumstances and we will not accept complaints regarding any such matter.
