Returns will only be accepted within 14 days. Buyer must pay for the shipping charges of any returns. Only Memory which was ordered using our Memory Upgrade Advisor qualifies as a refund. There will be no refund for Memory returned that was ordered without using our Memory Upgrade Advisor. Replacement or store credit will be provided for any such orders.
Shipping/insurance charges will not be refunded. The product must be adequately packed and be in a good condition when shipped back to us. We reserve the right to judge and decide whether refund should be given or not. Any product that was damaged due to incorrect handling or wrong installation procedures should not be sent back to us, we will not accept returns for such products, and we will not refund any such returns.
We require that returns be shipped via USPS with a valid tracking number provided. Other faster shipping services may be used, but at buyers's own expense.
Before returning a product, An online RMA request should be sent to us. The costumer will be provided with a RMA number that will need to be placed in a visible position on the return package. The return package will need to include the order invoice and a copy of the RMA request Confirmation in order for the return to be accepted and exchanged/refunded. If the returned package is missing any of the above mentioned necessities, then it will be refused and returned to the costumer.
